We recently opened a new office in closer proximity to our candidates and clients, which facilitates in meeting, hiring and finding our associates gainful employment. Accolades Best of Staffing for Associates and Clients Background Jeff Foldenauer is a seasoned operations leader with over 30 years of experience driving efficiency and client satisfaction across distribution, logistics, production, and manufacturing. A resident of Roseville, CA for 24 years, Jeff began his professional journey in Nashville, TN, in 1995. Over the decades, he has excelled in diverse leadership roles, including Client Account Manager, Supervisor of Customer Service, and Operations Manager. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations for Wally’s Natural. \ Having been a dedicated customer of PrideStaff for over 10 years, Jeff’s transition into the staffing industry was a natural next step. Since November 2025, he has worked alongside Strategic-Partners Craig and Mary Ryder to learn the local territories and PrideStaff’s methodologies. Outside of the office, Jeff is an avid golfer and a passionate home brewer, a hobby he shares with his son, Spencer. He cherishes time with his family, including his wife, Carolyn and his daughter, Christa. Craig and Mary have over 50 years’ of combined experience in business and staffing. Seven years of successfully operating a profitable PrideStaff business, with the addition of incorporating the PrideStaff Financiial brand to our offerings.
